"Frozen" stuff arrived at 53 degrees. Worried about safety for some of the other items that were on top and even warmer. Clever customer care decisions like that are likely part of why UPS stock is down 48% since 2021. I'll try to catch the delivery guy next week and ask how to avoid/correct such nonsense in the future. If he has no solution, I'll work hard to avoid other shipments from UPS so they do not screw up future time sensitive deliveries. So, instead of a customer who has worked to try and get multiple shipments to align and save them time, I'm probably going to move all I can away from their shipping.
